We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across the company and help move some of our most cross-functional, high-impact initiatives forward. This role is based in our San Francisco hub and requires in-office presence 2–3 times per week. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be a strategic and operational partner — not just managing logistics, but helping leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected to what matters most. You’ll work at the intersection of company-wide priorities and functional execution, gaining exposure to executive-level strategy and decision-making.
