About The Position

Are you a highly organized, proactive executive assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? Archer Meat Snacks is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Founder and President/CFO while helping manage our Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role you will serve as a trusted partner to the company’s most senior leaders, ensuring their time, priorities, and communications are managed effectively while keeping the office running smoothly day to day. You will report jointly to the CEO and President/CFO and work closely with cross-functional leaders across the organization. We are looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate independently with strong judgment. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams and functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong sense of urgency and proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, anticipating conflicts and proactively planning schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and priorities while ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage inbound communications, summarizing key information and action items for leadership
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow through on key deliverables
  • Manage and book domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings, events, and conferences
  • Serve as a professional point of contact between executives and internal and external partners
  • Oversee day-to-day office management for the Downtown Los Angeles location
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly including supplies, kitchen, and facilities coordination
  • Partner with IT and vendors to maintain conference rooms and office equipment
  • Support ad hoc projects, reports, and administrative initiatives for the executive team
