About The Position

Infinity Windows & Doors is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide independent, high-level administrative and operational support to multiple senior leaders. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong judgment, and a proactive mindset. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and anticipates business needs with ease.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leaders in sales or marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with event planning or meeting coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive, resourceful approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for multiple senior leaders.
  • Plan and support meetings and events.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Track and compile sales metrics, performance indicators, and other key reports.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze data as needed.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other corporate teams.
  • Process expense reports and purchase requisitions in accordance with company policies.
  • Support preparation of client-facing materials.
  • Handle highly confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Provide general office support, including supply ordering, mail handling, and additional administrative tasks.
  • Assist with project timelines, ensuring action items are tracked and completed on schedule.
  • Review and process expenses and PTO requests for the leadership team efficiently and accurately.
