Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant/Sr. Executive Administration to provide executive administrative management with primary support to President & CEO and other C-level executives. Performs advanced administrative duties in support of the function. Performs assignments requiring thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function and policies and procedures of the larger organization. Regularly interacts with senior level executives inside/outside the company with significant interaction and logistics planning with Sekisui House leadership from Japan. Fluent in Japanese is a big plus for this role. This role will act as a close partner to the CEO and other C-level executives in managing their day-to-day schedules and follow-up items. (The title of the position will be determined at the time of candidate selection based on candidate skill-set and experience).
