YOUR ROLE Reporting directly to the HR Director and supporting the executive team and business you will be operating across a variety of areas. You will bring with you a background of diverse roles where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to pivot between EA duties, hands on operational administration and some initiative/project work.

Requirements

  • You will be a self-starter with a strong initiative that can influence and manage stakeholders in various functions and roles.
  • Your curiosity will see you driving best practice and always seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in business activities.
  • You are a stickler for organisation, prioritisation, and deadlines and you will be able to drive consistency in internal activities, presentations, and initiatives.
  • You thrive in a hands-on environment where you can move through tasks with pace and ease.
  • 5+ years in an EA role within a large organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous, changing landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative.
  • Experience in leading or coordinating cultural initiatives, change management, or communications projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key appointments & travel for the Executive team
  • Own Key HR initiatives such as our recognition program
  • Schedule and coordinate quarterly meetings and other key internal meetings, including agenda planning, meeting logistics, and catering.
  • Provide project and communications support to the Executive Leadership Team on major change projects, new initiatives, and business-wide announcements.
  • Manage accounts administration tasks as required, including invoice processing and corporate credit card management.
  • Ensure office facilities, supplies and services are maintained to an acceptable level.
