About The Position

We are a fast-growing business group with ventures in corporate housing and other expanding industries. We’re looking for someone highly versatile, extremely organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities and keeping our team running smoothly. The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the operational glue across all business entities, supporting the owner with both professional and occasional personal tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and skilled in task and project management. You will work directly with the owner and interface with different team members in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver and self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Strong technical skills: Google Workspace, task/project management tools, Canva (or similar), communication platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing priorities across businesses, industries, and occasional personal tasks.
  • Able to work independently, remotely, and maintain accountability with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the corporate housing, real estate, construction, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple business entities.
  • Organize and triage email inboxes; draft and respond to communication on the owner's behalf.
  • Oversee task and project management, tracking priorities and deadlines for the owner and supporting teams.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Assist with social media postings and simple design work (e.g., Canva) for flyers or LinkedIn content.
  • Book travel and manage logistics as needed.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance, including errands or reminders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
