The Executive Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department and administrative support to the Sr. Vice President and other members of HR leadership through the performance of duties such as: Managing the SVP’s calendar and meeting schedule Managing professional correspondence and messages Acting as the office manager and handling responsibilities such as ordering supplies Coordinates monthly 6-month luncheon with new employees Managing facilities requests Assisting with onboarding for new Human Resources team members Coordinates organizational Employee Meetings two times per year Answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner Researching, collecting and preparing data for management assignments, reports and presentations Preparing invoice payments Opening and reviewing mail for SVP

Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • 5 or more years of administrative support experience (supporting at executive level).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities
