Not Your Typical Executive Assistant Role This is not a calendar-management, task-taking position. EQUES® Law Group is seeking a high-capacity Executive Assistant who can operate as a true right hand to the Executive Partner—someone who brings order, momentum, and follow-through to a fast-moving law firm and related businesses. What This Role Really Is This role exists to reduce friction at the highest level of the business. You will take ideas, conversations, and responsibilities and turn them into: Clear action steps Organized systems Completed work You will help ensure that nothing important gets dropped and that projects move from concept to execution. What You’ll Be Responsible For Executive Support & Coordination Manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups for the Executive Partner Turn meetings and conversations into action lists and next steps Draft communications, summaries, and materials Maintain calendar flow and ensure preparation for key commitments Track open items and ensure completion Financial & Administrative Support Assist with billing coordination and collections follow-up Support bookkeeping processes (categorization, documentation, prep work) Help maintain organized financial records Coordinate with outside accounting or payroll providers Marketing & Project Support Help coordinate marketing initiatives and content scheduling Assist in drafting and organizing communications, newsletters, and campaigns Work with vendors and ensure projects move forward Help bring ideas from planning to execution Special Projects & Problem Solving Assist with high-level projects across multiple business areas Conduct research and organize information for decision-making Identify bottlenecks and solve problems proactively Take ownership of miscellaneous high-trust responsibilities What Success Looks Like Take things off the Executive Partner’s plate completely Create clarity where there is chaos or ambiguity Ensure consistent follow-through across projects and responsibilities Become someone the Executive Partner can trust to run with things independently What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years of experience in business, operations, executive support, or similar role Exceptional organization and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at once Strong follow-through and ownership mindset High level of discretion and professionalism Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Who This Role Is For A natural operator who loves getting things done Someone who thrives in high-responsibility, high-trust environments Someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos Someone who wants to grow alongside a business Who This Role Is NOT For Someone who waits to be told what to do next Someone who prefers repetitive, clearly defined tasks only Someone uncomfortable with shifting priorities Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and capability, with strong growth potential for the right candidate.
