About The Position

The Administrative Assistant supporting the Technology team plays a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across a fast‑paced, highly collaborative technical environment. This position provides direct administrative and logistical support to technology leaders and team members, enabling them to focus on project delivery, strategic priorities, and technical execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and discretion.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred; minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience as an administrative professional
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Fastidious detail-orientation and work quality
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities

  • Typical work schedule is 8 am – 5 pm, though flexibility and overtime may be required by business circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and anticipate scheduling needs for technology leadership and team members.
  • Support meeting logistics, including room bookings, virtual meeting setup, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and ensuring smooth, efficient arrangements.
  • Process corporate expenses, reimbursements, and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with preparing team reports, project updates, performance summaries, and recurring operational materials.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing timely reminders, updates, and follow‑through on action items.
  • Support onboarding tasks for new hires and help maintain team documentation, shared drives, and process workflows.
  • Track and update project‑related activities, engagement logs, and operational metrics as required.
  • Serve as a reliable backup for other administrative staff, ensuring continuity of support during absences.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative environment consistent with the team’s culture and values.
