Role Overview: If you are proactive, meticulous with details, and pride yourself on providing white-glove client service, then we would like to meet with you! The Executive Assistant (EA) provides administrative support to local executives. The EA serves as a point of contact for all internal and external parties. This involves anticipating administrative needs, managing workload, and producing work of the highest quality in a timely manner. The EA is responsible for working closely with their Executive(s) to optimize efficiency, while independently managing administrative tasks and coordinating special projects. The EA will handle confidential firm information which requires a high level of discretion. When workload is unusually heavy, the ability to effectively delegate tasks is essential. Additionally, the EA will provide occasional back-up support to the local administrative team.
