Visit cat.com to learn more about Cat Financial. Role Definition Provides comprehensive day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Senior Vice President of Cat Financial. This role ensures smooth execution of global business operations by managing schedules, facilitating communication across teams, and coordinating key activities that enable effective decision-making and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assisting executive leaders by managing day-to-day global operational and administrative needs concerning tasks, responsibilities, prioritizations, and delegations.
  • Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
  • Overseeing and managing office procedures, involving organizational documents, records, reports, data entry, etc.
  • Supporting global communications by maintaining a master calendar including all holidays, special events, organization meetings, and gatherings involving office employees.
  • Facilitates and plans meetings and events for multiple size audiences
