About The Position

The Executive Assistant acts as a strategic partner to the executive, anticipating needs and enabling focus on key priorities. This role involves comprehensive coordination of complex topics, timelines, and stakeholders across various functions and regions. The assistant will support leadership meetings, workshops, and key events from end to end, including location, agenda, budget, content, and follow-up, and will drive structured preparation and follow-up for critical meetings. Key responsibilities also include managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics, preparing and submitting expense reports, organizing various events, and maintaining essential systems, distribution lists, and documentation. The role also requires coordination of office, facility, and site-related topics in Plymouth. The ideal candidate is expected to exercise judgment, enable leadership effectiveness, work collaboratively, proactively, and solution-oriented, and handle both strategic and routine tasks with professionalism, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 5+ years comparable experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior or C-suite executives
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • You distinguish between what needs judgment vs. execution
  • You act as an enabler of leadership effectiveness, not a task administrator
  • You work collaboratively, proactively, structured, and solution‑oriented
  • You are comfortable handling both strategic topics and routine tasks
  • You act with professionalism, trustworthiness, emotional intelligence
