The assistant will support leadership meetings, workshops, and key events from end to end, including location, agenda, budget, content, and follow-up, and will drive structured preparation and follow-up for critical meetings. Key responsibilities also include managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics, preparing and submitting expense reports, organizing various events, and maintaining essential systems, distribution lists, and documentation. The role also requires coordination of office, facility, and site-related topics in Plymouth.
