About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President (EVP), and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Sandisk . This role is an integral partner to the Enterprise Sales C-suite leader, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities across a complex global business. As a trusted advisor, you will help drive efficiency, foster strong cross-functional relationships, and ensure the CRO’s time and attention are optimized for maximum business impact. The Executive Assistant will also play an influential role within Sandisk’s broader executive administrative team, collaborating closely with other leaders and administrative professionals across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives in a public company.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to create and edit executive-level presentations.
  • Proven track record in managing complex global calendars and multi-leg international travel.
  • Strong business judgment, discretion with sensitive information, and professional presence.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Scheduling Manage and prioritize a highly dynamic calendar for the CRO, coordinating seamlessly with C-suite executives, business partners, and global teams. Proactively gather agendas, prepare attendee lists, and ensure meeting readiness.
  • Meeting & Event Support Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and organizational events. Prepare and compile briefing documents for executive meetings and business travel. Provide on-the-ground support for executive meetings, including action tracking, logistics, and catering coordination.
  • Communication & Approvals Serve as a trusted proxy for communications and approvals, handling inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment. Assist with meeting summaries and note-taking to support effective workflows, action tracking and outcomes. Redirect routine matters to appropriate stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Travel Management Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and passport requirements. Provide real-time support for travel adjustments and logistics.
  • Operational & Tool Management Prepare expense reports, manage purchase orders, and serve as a subject-matter expert for internal systems. Partner with technical support teams to ensure seamless use of technology in meetings and events.
  • Project Support Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other business leaders on special projects and strategic initiatives. Conduct research, analyze issues, and provide recommendations for executive decision-making.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration Act as a leader within the administrative community by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and supporting team development. Cascade key organizational updates and drive alignment across administrative staff.
