About The Position

Executive Assistant – Full‑Time (Onsite 5 Days A Week) Public CPA Firm – Boca Raton, FL We are seeking a highly organized, energetic professional with strong Microsoft Office skills for a full‑time, onsite Executive Assistant role supporting our partners at a growing public CPA firm in Boca Raton, Florida . This position is Monday through Friday and provides an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced professional services environment. What You’ll Do: Provide executive-level support to partners, including calendar and schedule management Coordinate and arrange meetings, travel, and appointments Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence and internal communications Manage filing systems — electronic and paper — with attention to detail Handle email communications professionally and with discretion Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Support office operations and workflows

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High level of discretion and professionalism working with executives and clients
  • Any industry background is welcome — public accounting experience is not required
  • Previous experience supporting senior management or executives
  • Familiarity with Outlook calendar/email management and digital office tools
