We are looking for a high-impact Human Resources leader who can help build the next generation of talent, culture, and capability across our business. Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic support to two Senior Vice Presidents and the head of Real Estate. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and operational rigor. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the executives, enabling focus on the highest-impact priorities by managing complex logistics, communications, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. In addition to the standard duties of a C-suite administrative role, this position will also support the Hiring Manager in driving the operational rhythm, sprint planning, and performance management cadence for the broader Marketing, Analytics, and Product organization. The ideal candidate brings extensive years of experience supporting senior roles at very large companies (e.g., Fortune 100) and can navigate complex organizational structures with autonomy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within Fortune 100 banking or technology sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism in highly confidential environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; comfort with collaboration, scheduling, and expense tools
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience with project management, sprint planning (Agile/Scrum familiarity is a plus), and business operations
  • Proven ability to handle highly sensitive personnel data (performance reviews, org structure changes) with absolute confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage executives' complex calendars, balancing internal leadership meetings, board-related activities, external engagements, investor interactions, and personal commitments as appropriate
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing requests, anticipating conflicts, and making tradeoffs aligned with executives' goals and company priorities
  • Prepare daily and weekly briefings, agendas, and pre-reads to ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings and decisions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, senior executives, investors, regulators, and key partners
  • Draft, review, and manage sensitive communications on behalf of executives with accuracy, professionalism, and appropriate tone
  • Maintain strict confidentiality around executive, board, legal, financial, and personnel matters
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including multi-city itineraries, contingency planning, and real-time problem resolution
  • Plan and support high-stakes meetings such as Board meetings, earnings-related activities, leadership offsites, and investor events
  • Manage logistics, materials, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are productive and outcomes are tracked
  • Partner with executives to drive operational efficiency within the office, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across functions, ensuring follow-through and accountability
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, HR, Investor Relations, Communications, and other executive offices as needed
  • Act as the operational owner for the Hiring Manager's leadership team priorities.
  • Facilitate team sprint planning sessions, track deliverables against the roadmap, and ensure the team remains aligned on critical path items
  • Administer the annual and quarterly performance management calendar.
  • Ensure all reviews, feedback loops, and goal-setting sessions are scheduled, prepared for, and executed on time across the organization
  • Maintain and update organizational charts and headcount planning documents.
  • Assist the Hiring Manager in modeling org design changes and resource allocation.
  • Curate agendas for leadership staff meetings, ensure pre-read materials are distributed, and capture strategic action items to ensure accountability
  • Provide comprehensive support to three senior leaders (2 SVPs and the head of Real Estate)
