About The Position

Telesolv Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and management support supporting a federal client. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, executive coordination, communication, and workflow management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to senior executives and leadership staff
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and coordinate logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics
  • Organize and facilitate high-level meetings
  • Conference room reservations
  • Visitor access coordination
  • Audio/visual and hybrid meeting setup
  • Agenda preparation and meeting minutes
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and communications
  • Draft, review, edit, and format executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups from leadership meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal staff, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with other executive assistants and administrative staff
  • Support visitor processing and coordination
  • Assist with internal and external communications as needed
  • Support training and certification record tracking
  • Manage office logistics, supplies, and administrative processes
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff and front office operations as needed
  • Assist with special projects, ad hoc requests, and time-sensitive executive task
