About The Position

Samsung Semiconductor Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executives and teams. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and a master scheduler and a resourceful problem-solver who can manage a wide range of administrative tasks. Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose office/headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Requirements

  • BS degree is preferred
  • Experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other relevant scheduling and communication tools.
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage competition priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to executives and teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, including reserving rooms, organizing necessary technology, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Responsible for the organization and coordination of general office operations, which may include managing supplies, shipping, budget/purchase requests, coordinating with IT, and assisting with team-wide communications and events.
  • Make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
  • Type memos, letters, e-mails, and create expense reports.
  • Ensure that all invoices and expenses are submitted on time.
  • Arrange detailed business travel plans and itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportations.
  • Plan, Coordinate, execute team events including off-site gatherings, onsite functions, and virtual meetings (end-to end)
  • Serve as a primary liaison between regional offices supporting their operational and administrative needs with clear communication and follow-through
  • Provide proactive executive support understanding and accommodating the executive’s preferences and working styles
  • Strengthen team culture through relationship building, regular communication, and planning employee engagement activities
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to improve team efficiency and collaboration
