About The Position

As the Executive Assistant, Programs, you play an important role in empowering the Chief Strategy & Programs Officer and their leadership team. You are the cornerstone of seamless operations, expertly managing calendars, orchestrating meetings, navigating travel logistics, and overseeing budgetary matters. Beyond daily administration, you actively contribute to strategic planning and drive operational projects, making a meaningful impact on the organization's success. Your proactive approach ensures that priorities are met, challenges are anticipated, and efficiency is achieved—all while fostering collaboration and supporting the advancement of key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business, Communication, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold the AAN’s values is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment is required.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities is required.
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills is required.
