To provide administrative support to the VP of Executive Administration. This assistance includes all communications that involve the VP of Executive Administration and coordination of various special projects. This position has regular contact with patients, with representatives of various agencies and with the public. These contacts are often intense and deal with confidential matters. It is crucial that the incumbent is a person of integrity. When the VP of Executive Administration is out of the office, the incumbent must have the ability to discern and determine how to deal with the issues that come forward.
