Overview We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and join Allison’s fast-moving team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong sense of discretion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO's time is managed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda preparation and providing follow-up.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Assist with project management and follow through on tasks to ensure completion.
  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate special events and company initiatives.
