About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant II at the company serves as a critical partner to executives and the organization by expertly coordinating and executing a diverse array of administrative, communicative, and logistical functions. This role necessitates a proactive professional who manages an executive's schedule with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and precision, while simultaneously fostering an environment of exceptional client service and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles supporting executive leadership in a comparable corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of managing C-suite executive schedules and coordinating high-stakes meetings.
  • Familiarity with customer/client service principles and practices in a professional environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated aptitude in grammar, spelling, and detailed proofreading.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities along with a proactive, resourceful, and independent decision-making approach.
  • Advanced organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in preparing polished presentations and official documentation.
  • Experience utilizing digital communication and scheduling tools to optimize executive workflow and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Independently organize and manage significant corporate events, such as leadership meetings and vendor summits, demonstrating exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactively prepare and coordinate materials for departmental meetings, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner to facilitate effective decision-making.
