We’re hiring a Executive Assistant at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support C-Suite enabling efficient accomplishment of key tasks and initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, anticipates needs, and ensures seamless communication across teams. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, liaising with stakeholders, and organizing executive outreach efforts. This role suits a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, values confidentiality, and can balance multiple priorities with sound judgment and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience required in working in an executive assistant role
  • Proficiency in Google products & preferably Apple products as well (iPad, Mac, etc)
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective and professional communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, adapting and evolving quickly to changing needs.
  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
  • At least 4 years of experience serving in an executive support role or similar position is preferred.
  • Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
  • Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.
  • Demonstrated discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to sit and use a computer for long periods of time.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the companies & engaged entities.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization(s).
  • Arrange travel and accommodations. Prepare expense reports.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for announcements, meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with
  • Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in handling all matters.
  • Efficiently reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
  • Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs- which may include coordinating house management - vendors, workers, etc.
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues proactively with foresite for future needs/conflicts
  • Provide proactive solutions to logistical and administrative challenges, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency.
