What You'll Do as an Executive Assistant: Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the leadership team. Greet visitors, answer phones, and serve as the first point of contact. Draft & edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Organize & maintain digital and physical files. Support communication across teams, vendors, and partners. Assist with expense tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support special projects and assist where needed. Our Ideal Executive Assistant: Experienced: 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a clerical/administrative role. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office or administrative training is a plus. Strong Communicator: Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Manages multiple priorities, schedules, and tasks while keeping details accurate and nothing falling through the cracks. Proactive & Resourceful: Anticipates needs, solves problems, and takes initiative without waiting to be directed. Professional & Dependable: Presents well, works independently in a part-time role, and follows through on responsibilities. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and comfortable using email and office systems. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a clerical/administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
