As an Executive Assistant on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 + years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skills: Communication: Clear and professional writing and speaking; handles private info with care.
  • Organization: Expert at managing my time, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Independence: Capable of working on my own while staying a helpful team player.
  • Tech Savvy: Fast and skilled with modern office software and online tools.
  • Reliability: Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and always follows through.
  • Adaptability: Stays positive and flexible in fast-paced jobs; has a good sense of humor.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home.
  • Our office is located at: 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Brand President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily office operations and departmental administration, ensuring a professional work environment and the seamless execution of corporate events and training weeks.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for franchise owners and external partners, professionally handling executive correspondence and resolving customer complaints with urgency.
  • Brand Communication: Create and distribute clear, consistent messaging across email, web, and social platforms to ensure alignment with brand standards and executive vision.
  • Contract & Legal Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of legal documents, including NDAs, contracts, and renewals, ensuring strict version control, compliance, and organized record-keeping.
