About The Position

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and facilitating seamless communication across departments. This position ensures that executives can focus on strategic priorities by handling administrative tasks with precision and discretion. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. By organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence, the Executive Assistant contributes directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive office. Ultimately, this role is essential for enabling smooth daily operations and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with advanced calendar management tools and travel booking platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Certification in administrative assistance or executive support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings to optimize time and priorities.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to support executive communications.
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Provide general administrative assistance such as handling correspondence, managing files, and supporting special projects as needed.
