About your role: As an experienced C Suite professional, you will efficiently provide all administrative functions required to support the Co-President for a Fortune 500 Company. You work well under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing business environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting role to a leader within the Executive Suite.
  • 5+ years of experience anticipating the needs of an Executive, identifying potential issues, and finding solutions independently.
  • 5+ years of experience in proficiency working within the Microsoft platform, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of experience in strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with the CEO, Board, Management Committee members, and other assistants within the Executive Suite and provide support when needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in strong written skills, including word usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • 5+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Understand the structure within the Executive Suite with an ability to quickly grasp Fiserv’s organizational structure, including departmental operations and processes, corporate policies, and corporate systems.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills with comfort in making independent decisions such as working within the complex daily calendar, prioritizing, communicating meeting requests, and being able to anticipate preparation needed for important meetings and events domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain contact database with diligence; cross reference incoming and outgoing email, calendar, text and MS Teams to find context, connect the dots and proactively identify conflicts.
  • Liaise with the Co-President, Head of Merchant Solutions and Technology, the Board and Management Committee; collaborate and coordinate with Executive Assistants internally and externally.
  • Arrange all aspects of travel, with a knowledge of Corporate Aviation and maintain travel grid.
  • Compile and process expense reports in a timely manner.
