The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level administrative and business support to a group of 4–5 senior executives. This role is responsible for managing complex and frequently changing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, handling executive correspondence, supporting onsite meetings and visitors, and serving as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external business partners. Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Thurs onsite/in office 8:30am-5:30pm Remote on Fridays Flexibility and willingness to work extended or unpredictable work hours when necessary The EA is expected to proactively assess and anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgment, and independently resolve administrative matters to keep leaders focused on business priorities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, professional, self‑directed, and highly organized, with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high degree of integrity.
