The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating executive needs. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Concur, SharePoint)
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate and support executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Track deadlines, action items, and priorities to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
