About The Position

Provides advanced administrative and management support to executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence and presentations, and assisting with office operations. May serve as backup to front office or correspondence control center operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED + 3 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, with at least 1 year supporting an executive-level position
  • Equivalency:Associate's Degree + 1 year experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements andlogistics
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations for executive review
  • Assist with office operations and administrative processes
  • May serve as backup to front office operations
  • May serve as backup to correspondence control center operations
  • Support executives with day-to-day administrative needs
