YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a true force multiplier for the CEO, managing their calendar, priorities, and personal errands so they can focus on revenue, strategy, and leadership. Your day will include handling executive-level communications, coordinating emails and internal announcements, preparing meeting agendas and notes, and ensuring decisions turn into action. You will support financial and operational visibility by tracking KPIs, preparing reports, organizing budgets and contracts, and keeping leadership dashboards up to date. You will handle confidential administrative tasks such as HR coordination, vendor paperwork, insurance, licensing, and legal documents, as well as take on special projects. At times, you will act as a light operations or project coordinator, ensuring that cross-department initiatives move forward and bottlenecks are addressed before they become problems. Requirements
