We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to function as a business partner with our CEO and CRO (“the team”). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 of them supporting a CEO, GM, or SVP at a technology startup or VC firm. In addition to traditional EA responsibilities, this role involves establishing / managing relationships with partners, DTC brands, board members, and investors to build an executive network on behalf of the team. A successful candidate should have a strong ability to read / evaluate people, and how to leverage their connections. This role requires high emotional intelligence (EQ), excellent interpersonal skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
