We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in our Brand Management division. The Assistant plays a critical role within the team and requires a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience working directly as an Assistant with senior/executive management, the ability to multi-task, think critically, operate efficiently, in a fast pace environment.

Requirements

3-5+ years of executive assistant experience
Detail-oriented and extremely organized
Unimpeachable integrity and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Adept at problem solving and thinking quick on his/her feet
Ability to perform well under pressure
Critical thinker and extremely proactive

Nice To Haves

BA/BS from an accredited University or College a plus

Responsibilities

Maintaining and coordinating the Executive's extensive domestic and international business travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, reservations
Managing calendars and booking and rescheduling multiple meetings, in multiple time zones, and understanding dependencies between meetings
Proactively ensure tasks are being followed up and executed in a timely manner
Preparing the Executive's expense report and managing department invoices
Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business in multiple markets
Assisting with research, and compiling information as needed
Maintaining the company office in Miami and handling minimal duties relating to office management and oversight.
