Bancroft is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide advanced, high-level administrative support to the President and executive leadership team. This role requires the ability to operate with little to no direction, using broad knowledge, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing both large-scale and smaller events, initiatives, and programs on a routine basis, while supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team. Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, and those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We provide services in New Jersey and Delaware. As a nonprofit organization, we are solely committed to supporting people with special needs and their families, to help make it One World.
