About The Position

Alitus Partners LLC is a private equity investment and management firm focused on acquiring, building, restructuring, and growing businesses across a wide range of industries. Since our founding in 2014, we’ve combined capital with hands-on operational expertise to drive meaningful growth across a diverse portfolio of companies. We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team at our St. Louis headquarters. This is a dynamic, high-impact role offering exposure to executive decision-making, investor relations, and business operations. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing high-level administrative, operational, and personal support. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with executives, investors, and team members
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to senior management to advance key initiatives
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Lead weekly team meetings and oversee logistics for events and annual conferences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and vendor management
  • Maintain CRM (Navatar), including relationship tracking and activity updates
  • Coordinate board meeting logistics, including scheduling, communications, and setup
  • Manage corporate documentation, website updates, and general office duties
  • Provide personal assistant support to the Founder and family
  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (AP/AR, reconciliations, financial reporting)
  • Oversee bank accounts, invoicing, bill pay, tax distributions, and wire transfers
  • Support investor communications, including distribution of K-1s and capital raise materials
  • Assist with document management and investor relations processes
  • Oversee payroll administration, candidate assessments, and background checks
  • Coordinate office maintenance, vendor relationships, and IT support
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for office equipment (phones, printers, computers)
  • Maintain inventory of technology and office supplies
