About The Position

As an Executive Assistant at Consor, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to C-suite executives, serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. You will manage complex executive calendars, coordinate travel, process expense reports, and support executive meetings, board activities, and key organizational events. This role requires handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion while performing advanced administrative and project-based work. You will act as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and a thorough understanding of organizational priorities and practices are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Employees will be required to comply with all applicable local licensing and/or certifications requirements.
  • Adept at learning new technologies to perform data entry, manage calendars, and create reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues that impact the Executive team
  • Coordinate and synthesize financial and operational performance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, day-to-day administrative support to the Executive team, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support activities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meeting space, and related logistics.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reimbursement reports for Executives.
  • Support the planning and execution of executive-sponsored offsite meetings, conferences, and leadership events.
  • Assist senior Executives with the planning and coordination of executive visits, customer meetings, and key stakeholder engagements.
  • Attend meetings as needed to capture action items, follow-ups, and decisions, and distribute summaries as appropriate.
  • Provide additional administrative and project support as requested to ensure smooth executive operations.
