About The Position

Faeth Therapeutics is a clinical-stage oncology company listed on Nasdaq that recently raised $200M in funding. With a strong scientific foundation and a founding team that includes the discoverer of our target pathway, we are advancing PIKTOR, a multi-node PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitor program, toward multiple near-term milestones. We are a small, focused team where every person has direct impact — united by a shared commitment to care deeply, create boldly, and never stop learning. We are looking for a highly self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in keeping the executive office running smoothly — managing the CEO's calendar, travel, communications, and day-to-day priorities. This is a unique opportunity to work at the center of a fast-moving public biotech and have direct impact on what gets done and how quickly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally within a public biotech or pharmaceutical company.
  • Proven track record of managing complex calendars and multi-leg international travel logistics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and professional presence.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite and advanced productivity tools, including LLMs; ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Highly responsive and adaptable, with the flexibility to support a fast-moving executive schedule including occasional work outside standard hours; discretion with confidential information is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars for the CEO, including prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and proactively managing time for deep work.
  • Coordinate end-to-end international and domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper, managing internal and external communications and vetting requests to ensure the CEO’s focus remains on high-impact priorities.
  • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and briefing materials for Board of Director meetings, investor relations, and public speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for Board of Directors and investor meetings, including scheduling across multiple time zones, managing venue or virtual platform setup, distributing materials, and ensuring all participants have what they need in advance.
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks with high precision, including expense reporting, document management, and meeting logistics for Board and investor touchpoints.
  • Anticipate needs and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced public company environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity in a well-funded, clinical-stage biotech
  • 100% remote work and flexible schedule
  • Health, dental, and vision for you and your dependents
  • Flexible time off
  • Generous parental leave
  • Traditional and Roth 401k
