Actively assists leaders and serves as the “point person” for organizing activities, including managing the calendars of leaders, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, while assessing and managing priorities and timelines. Arrange and actively manage complex travel schedules for Sales leadership team who travel between 50% and 90%. Assists the Sales team with entering expense reimbursements and working through the approval process. Performs full administrative support functions including routine correspondence, meeting minutes, preparing reports, reviewing invoices, updating phone/e-mail lists and sending/receiving/processing mail, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel schedules. Performs various clerical duties including photocopying, filing, ordering supplies and forms, keeping records and faxing. Schedules Executive-level meetings with VIPs from both inside and outside of the company, often covering multiple days and multiple cities. Utilizes Microsoft Office and other software applications to develop reports, organize and maintain data, create presentations and support miscellaneous projects. Acts as a department point-of-contact with considerable contact with customers, business clients, vendors and other professionals throughout the organization.
