Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAPSC) seeks an Executive Assistant to join a mission-driven organization committed to reducing barriers and strengthening community well-being. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team, providing high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support. This role ensures smooth executive operations, proactive calendar and priority management, and effective communication across the organization. The Executive Assistant also oversees front office operations and supervises reception, helping maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
