About The Position

Executive Assistant – Porsche Beaverton Pay Range - $82,000 - $95,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Join the Sunset Imports Team as an Executive Assistant! Porsche Beaverton, part of the Sunset Imports family, is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and operational leader responsible for multiple business units within Sunset Imports. This is a management-level role for an experienced professional capable of operating within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and contributing to leadership coordination and execution. As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating business activities, managing administrative responsibilities, and driving organization, follow-through, and accountability across the leadership team. This role also supports coordination across multiple leaders and business units within Sunset Imports, operating as a key partner within the management team. The position operates across multiple Sunset Imports locations in the Portland metro area, including Beaverton, Portland (Pearl District), and Portland (Airport area), and requires flexibility to be present where business needs dictate, with the primary work location based on the Beaverton campus. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar support role, supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems; familiarity with Google Workspace a plus
  • Prior experience in automotive, retail, or corporate environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of competing priorities with consistency, reliability, and strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dealership management systems (ADP/CDK) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager’s schedule, priorities, and daily agenda
  • Act as an extension of the General Manager, coordinating communication, priorities, and follow-up across the leadership team
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and develop and manage meeting materials and reporting cadence
  • Provide direction and day-to-day oversight for select administrative and customer-facing support roles, reinforcing standards, accountability, and service execution
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment in managing priorities, communications, and leadership coordination
  • Draft executive-level correspondence, reports, and communications
  • Serve as a liaison between the General Manager, internal teams, vendor partners, and clients
  • Maintain visibility into key business priorities, open issues, and active projects to ensure alignment and progress
  • Support marketing, advertising, and event coordination as needed
  • Support internal projects, community initiatives, and broader business operations
  • Drive organization and accountability across multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues with minimal direction
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities, maintaining consistency, responsiveness, and follow-through under pressure
