About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, a passion for organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, data analysis) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive administrative or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze complex Excel spreadsheets and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, correspondence, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Support event planning, team communications, and special projects as needed.
  • Front Office Management: greeting guest, answering and properly directing phone lines, ordering office supplies, etc.
