About The Position

We are seeking a highly proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the broader Product Organization. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and strong organizational alignment across the global Product function. The Executive Assistant will handle complex scheduling, cross‑functional coordination, confidential information, and operational processes that enable the CPO and Product leadership team to focus on strategic priorities. You will thrive in this role if you excel at anticipating needs, managing multiple priorities, and fostering strong relationships across teams and time zones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global technology or software organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft high‑quality executive‑level correspondence.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Experience coordinating across global teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for the CPO across global time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, visas, and logistics while ensuring cost‑efficiency and compliance.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow‑ups for executive meetings, board presentations, and internal reviews.
  • Support inbox and communication management, including drafting or routing key messages.
  • Facilitate alignment across the Product Leadership Team (PLT) by organizing recurring meetings, reviews, and offsites.
  • Track actions across teams and ensure timely completion and communication.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor management, and procurement needs for the Product organization.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new Product team members.
  • Maintain and optimize processes that improve the effectiveness of the Product organization, including documentation, reporting, and knowledge management.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the CPO, often involving cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, HR, Finance, and Communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
