Title: Executive Assistant, Full Time The Executive Assistant will partner with the CRO and EVP to manage their business affairs, ensure the smooth progress of their projects, and maintain effective communication. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is results-driven, exercises good judgment, and possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities—crucial for supporting this team. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, handle a heavy workload with high accuracy, and maintain professionalism when interacting with others. This position reports to the Global Head of Executive and Office Management and is onsite at the Herndon, VA office. The ability to work from home 1 day per week will be available once completely onboarded. This position will involve some domestic and international travel. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable, and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude.
