We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support executive leadership while managing office operations, employee engagement, and client experience initiatives. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution — from keeping the office running smoothly to creating a welcoming, engaging workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years supporting executives
  • Experience managing office operations preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Professional presence with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reporting
  • Lead onboarding for new team members and ensure seamless offboarding
  • Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, IT coordination, and workspace setup
  • Plan team events, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate client, partner, and community appreciation activities
  • Maintain office budgets, PTO tracking, and key records
