About The Position

The Executive Assistant will support the Commercial and Product organization by helping keep day to day operations organized, documented, and running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, product coordination, and office operations. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Product and Commercial leaders, assist with documentation and scheduling, and help ensure product information is organized and accessible. This role does not manage people and is focused on execution, coordination, and follow through rather than strategy ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Administrative functions, Operations Coordination or similar roles within a SaaS/technology company.
  • Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with how Product and Engineering teams operate.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details.
  • Comfort using tools such as Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation, and coordination across teams.
  • Ability to handle both administrative tasks and light operational work with care and discretion.
  • Clear communication skills and strong follow through.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Product and Commercial leadership teams, reporting to the CPO.
  • Act as a partial office administrator to the Impiricus NYC office.
  • Lead the scheduling and logistics of product team offsites from scheduling meetings to booking travel and hotels.
  • Keep the CPO and ELT informed by flagging risks, delays, or follow ups that need attention.
  • Assist with creating and formatting slides, documents, and basic product materials.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination for product reviews, planning sessions, and leadership touch points.
  • Support the Product and Commercial team in preparing materials for industry events in partnership with Marketing.
  • Maintain exceptional organization and follow through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Serve as the right hand partner to your leaders by anticipating needs, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth operations.
