About The Position

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented to join our U.S. Corporate Affairs team, based in our Atlanta, GA office. About the role As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Head of U.S. Corporate Affairs. Working with minimal direction, you will help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting travel and expenses, and assisting with budget tracking and team logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys anticipating needs, taking ownership, and partnering closely with senior leaders. Who you’ll work with You will work closely with the Head of U.S. Corporate Affairs and collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners. The team operates in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and international environment, where accuracy, discretion, and strong communication are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of executive or senior administrative assistant experience
  • 5+ years experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast‑paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and meeting materials

  • Arrange travel and process expense reports
  • Support onboarding, budgeting, and office coordination activities
