Examples of Work Coordinates monthly Commission meetings, including logistics, travel needs, agenda requests, public postings, meeting attendance, and preparation of minutes and meeting materials. Manages the Executive Director’s calendar, schedules appointments, and prioritizes time and commitments effectively. Prepares correspondence, approvals, reports, and other documents; assists with expense reimbursements and travel arrangements for the Director and agency staff. Creates, updates, and maintains spreadsheets, dashboards, and statistical reports for Commission use, including annual reporting in collaboration with division leaders, and submits data to national entities as required. Serves as the agency’s records management and retention coordinator. Reviews monthly P‑Card transactions and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance. Acts as the primary point of contact for the Voluntary Self‑Exclusion program. Manages the agency’s social media page and supports additional communication or administrative needs as the Commission evolves.
