About The Position

The Women’s Real Estate Investors Network (WREIN) is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a C-Suite Executive. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of coordination for both business and personal matters, including calendar management, travel arrangements, email support, household logistics, event management, and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will be highly trustworthy, resourceful while managing competing priorities in a growing company. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, including scheduling internal/external meetings, time blocking, and prioritizing critical events
  • Monitor and respond to emails, flagging urgent matters and drafting responses when needed
  • Serve as a liaison with internal team members and external clients on behalf of the Executive
  • Book and coordinate domestic and international travel (airfare, hotels, transportation)
  • Organize, maintain, and digitize important business documents and shared files
  • Prepare decks for speaking events
  • Ensure the Executive is prepared for all meetings and events
  • Provide occasional support for executive team initiatives or special projects
  • Operate with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, serving as a trusted partner in both personal and business matters
  • Manage household vendors and maintenance appointments (e.g., landscaping, HVAC, housekeeping)
  • Track and manage personal bill payments and due dates (e.g., property taxes, utilities, memberships)
  • Coordinate and oversee personal appointments such as medical, dental, and wellness visits
  • Occasional planning of personal and family events (dinners, birthdays, gatherings)
  • Run personal errands as needed or coordinate with vendors/delivery/return services
  • Schedule and manage car maintenance, oil changes, inspections, and regular vehicle washing
  • Research and book personal travel or vacations
  • Handle ad hoc requests, often requiring creativity and resourcefulness
