Provide support, organize, manage daily workflow, appointments, contacts, correspondence, incoming and returning phone call lists and assist with daily priorities while maintaining constant open communication. Anticipate all needs and conflicts and work with EVP, Growth & Partnerships and SVP & Sr. EP, CNBC Events and Councils to resolve. Protect confidential information and material while interacting with executives, talent, agents, and business associates of all levels internally and externally. Extensive calendar management while coordinating detailed logistics. Arrange all domestic and international travel. Corporate and personal event planning and coordination – making reservations and able to get reservations in tough venues Preparation and submittal of all expense reporting Approval/processing of all expense reports for travel. Car service reservations. Transportation for visitors and guests when necessary. Organize meetings, order food, order drinks, reserve conference rooms, etc. Help resolve all expense challenges encountered by employees. Work with HR, IT, telecom, facilities and any other O&T department on all aspects for a smooth transition for new hires on teams. Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
