About The Position

CloudHQ is seeking a highly polished and trusted Executive Assistant to provide strategic, high-impact administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer & President. This is a unique, dual-leader role designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of precision, discretion, and influence. In this position, you’ll do more than manage calendars and logistics, you’ll connect executive priorities to flawless execution, enabling our leaders to focus on driving CloudHQ’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate is personable, masterfully organized, detail-driven, and confident in navigating competing priorities with sound judgment and absolute confidentiality. Success in this role requires urgency, anticipation, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a high-level Executive Assistant
  • Be detail-oriented, driven and a self-starter with a "hustle" attitude and the ability to operate independently and anticipate the needs of others
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities seamlessly
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other highly utilized software tools
  • Possess an exceptional level of discretion and experience with handling highly sensitive financial and corporate information
  • Superb judgment, a high degree of confidence, and the proven ability to work calmly under pressure
  • You maintain a level of professional assertiveness, acting as a "gatekeeper" to protect the CFO and COO’s time while ensuring seamless communication flow

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or a similarly related field of study

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting for both the CFO and COO
  • Anticipate executive needs by proactively managing priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, exercising professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support, anticipating the needs of both the CFO and COO to facilitate efficient decision-making
  • Handle highly confidential financial and complex information with the utmost discretion
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and preparation of materials for board meetings, audits, investor calls, and other high-level communications
  • Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality correspondence on behalf of the CFO and COO, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
