You will provide high-level executive support while also contributing to operations by managing everything from planning events, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and providing a variety of other support services to our executive leaders. This role requires exceptional business acumen, tech proficiency, and the ability to anticipate and solve challenges proactively. You will work closely with and report to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO as well as across teams to optimize executive efficiency and act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders. How you will do it: Project Management/Strategic Support Act as an administrative partner to the CEO’s office, proactively identifying priorities, roadblocks, and opportunities for efficiency. Prepare executive presentations, memos, and materials while managing confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment. Manage and prioritize projects, including administrative support services such as budget administration, expense reports, planning and coordination of multiple presentations, and maintenance of calendars. Leading cross-functional projects, monitoring progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and coordinating teams to achieve goals. Identifying potential risks and issues within the organization and proposing mitigation strategies. Fostering collaboration within the executive team, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting leadership development. Manage Executive Office Coordinator and collaborate with executive office administrative peers. Gathering information, analyzing data, and presenting options to the executive to facilitate informed decision-making. Travel and Event Planning Prioritize and manage the CEO’s schedule to maximize productivity and impact. Coordinate complex travel, ensuring seamless logistics while coordinating with internal and external partners. Coordinate planning and execution of executive offsites and high-impact meetings. Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Facilitate communication, ensuring executive priorities are executed. What we look for:
